Could you specify if you're using any kind of Background mods, as I'm about 90% sure all of CE's native background warning boxes are present, if in need of some rewording. It's likely those mods haven't been updated since that addition.
Now I use that configurations of mods. Maybe some of them cause those problems. I will try to play without my favourite shiny and other graphics mods and to see if one of them cause the problems.

This seems to be a hardcoded issue with the game in general, likely due to the fact that the Ghost crew class is programmed to always appear with a certain degree of transparency. My guess is that the game doesn't like displaying things in the rewards box unless they are completely opaque, so AI crew members will never have an icon in either event rewards or stores.

Another known issue with the in-game AI. While I can't pinpoint exactly when this happens, it's a bug that happens with any charge-based weapon when equipped to an enemy ship that has Cloaking.
Seems to be really complicated. I'm glad you found the combination that cause the problem. For me its better if it doesn't shoot, but I wanted to be fair with the AI

As I said I tried to play without graphic mods like shiny and it turns out that the hazard tooltips wasn't showing because that mod was changing lots of things despite UI. So I made my own version of Shiny, thinned up a bit, to only change UI and nothing more. Now everything is fine, but there's still one problem. You said that problems with the old asteroid background could be made by those graphics mods. I deleted all of asteroid field backgronds in shiny and checked other mods and problem still exists:

But in industrial sector, the same type of hazard shows about 2/3 or more normal puruit length. Why they are different?
