Got lots of weapons, scrap, full shields, good enigens might of been able to beat boss if not for airving in last sector and finding out the repair stations are not repairing my hull and there was no shop.
Edit: 3 times in a row i have had this bug and in all cases i might have been able to beat the boss if the repair stations worked.
Edit 2: all time i have been on easy using the kestral

Update played another good game and the bug happend again
