Jumped with the Hook mech from F3 to F7 (boosters), and the danger tile suddenly changed to lava.
This reminds me of that bug, but they might not be related.

Lava graphical glitch
Here is another graphical glitch (v1.1.22):
Jumped with the Hook mech from F3 to F7 (boosters), and the danger tile suddenly changed to lava.
This reminds me of that bug, but they might not be related.
