Feature Idea Move/Customize Crew

I don't know if this was suggested before, but wouldn't it be nice if you could drag and move the crew positions on the list on the left side of the screen ? For example if I had 2 boarders, one was the 2nd member of the ship and one is the 5th, so you could move them both to 4th and 5th for easier selecting ?

Another thing that I would like to see is the crew customizion while playing, you can already change the name and one reason why the color changing was added is that you can tell your crew easier apart, so why not allow that too ?

Re-ordering would actually be very helpful. What do you mean by customization, can you elaborate on what your idea is?

I think they mean that there should be an option to change the crew's skin colour when in the middle of a game, so that you can distinguish Caucasian Man 1 from Caucasian Man 2. So one of them could be the black guy in the middle of a game. Or a woman (I guess?)

Yes, I thought about posting a image or a better description because I thought that the main post would be difficult to understand but I meant reordering.

This is what I meant with crew customization. It would also be nice if the old "retro" skins got added again and if some skins were changed to look better(it uses overlay but it should be possible to make some of the colors better, like the green/purple slug, or hue changing could be used).
