If i start the game, will be all sector created? (Stoters,Events...)
Or the game will generate sector before new sector will be load?

The game will generate the sector map just as you start a new game, but there's no way to know how each sectors beacon map is generated without looking at the so far closed source code (Or some creative test-playing). It could either be when you first travel to that sector or just everything generated at the start of the game.
I always have this great idea to post about when reading a thread, but I always seem to loose the subject while writing a reply, and end up not saying anything at all. I should sleep more. Is that a cookie?

if you want to test it, start a game, save it, back it up. then plot a course into sector 3, then go back to your backed up save, run that, and see if you can plot the exact same course and see if the events are the same or if they are different, and at what point they are different.

i'd do the test myself, but im too lazy :P
