Feature Request: user setable individual weapon timers

I think it would be cool if you could program your weapons to fire at a certain time. For a very simple example if you have a laser that charges in 10 seconds and a laser that charges in 13 it would be nice to be able to auto fire both lasers every 13 seconds. There could just be a timer for each weapon, so that you fire a weapon once and then it will fire on your timer every time after that.
