Will FTL on iPad be available free for Steam users?

Hi I was wondering If the FTL advanced edition would be available for free download on iPad if the user has already bought the game on Steam/ftlgame.com?

I will not accept it for free, these guys need to make money so they can keep doing what they are doing!
We are already getting a huge content update for free.
I would expect the iPad app to pay for all the work they have done

I will happily pay $1.99 (Wink Wink Devs) for this iPad app.

I dont know the answer. All steam purchases are available across all steam apps provided the game supports the OS. In theory FTL:AE should then be in your steam library, but as i admitted, i dont know.
