Is there a way to change the default name for the ship and crew? I dont mind restarting every now and again but I really prefer to have my own ship name and crew members with there own monikers and it is a pain to keep typing them in.

P.S Also really need a sandbox mode, survival mode as it were, the game is to linear at present.

At least part of your problem might be dealt with by using the restart during the game instead of returning to the Hangar, then you keep your ship and crewnames. But of course that does not really help if you want to play a different ship.

Nor does it help the having to quit the game and reload it, the names are back to default. Can but hope they sort this out in a future patch, having a stats is akin to a high score table, and for someone who was forever pumping money into arcade machines to keep the top slot on a table (and getting told to leave when only spending 50p in 3-4 hours), its a tad annoying.
