I need a mod to ACTUALLY disable the oncoming fleet. Unlike either of the 2 piece of shit mods I tried that claim to do it I need one that actually does. Does it exist? Furthermore, why falsely advertise a mod as functioning when it does nothing? Just make your mod work or don't bother uploading it for fucks sake.
Yeah so if that mod doesn't exist I need a mod that lets me jump to any beacon. I only need said mods for about 2 jumps to avoid some stupid in game retarded fucking bullshit where it won't let me jump to a beacon I should be all accounts be able to fucking jump to. Jesus christ.
Thanks for your time.

Tell you what, calm down, take a nap, and come back with some specifics and maybe we can help you.
Or maybe you'll get lucky and someone 100 times as patient as yourself will lend a hand.

Tell you what. Go fuck yourself moron.
Come back with some specifics? Are you seriously that dense that you don't understand my request? My post doesn't lack specifics. Theses forums appear to lack viewers with reading comprehension, though.
Anyone else with half a brain care to lend a hand since this guy can't understand simple English?

By specifics, i think he meant, how it DOESN'T work.
I haven't tested the mods personally, but i can say that they DO work. It's just that it appears that you shouldn't stop the fleet (that pirate ship that you can pay to stop the fleet), and stuff like that, i think.
Also, if you are playing several mods, they could have very well overwritten the mod.

Being nasty to your fellow forum-goers because of your frustration with the game is no way to get help. Consider this a warning.fuckingshitgame wrote:Tell you what. Go fuck yourself moron.

Disable-Fleet mods function by calling an event (usually at the start beacon of a sector) to knock the rebel fleet's advancement back. If you are trying to install a mod like this mid-game, you will not see any effect because the event that "resets" them will not be called. Also, as DestinyAtlantis pointed out, it also depends on what other mods you're running, since it is possible one of them may be breaking the function.
As for jump distance, there is no mod for extending the length of a possible jump. The FTL Navigation augment (that allows you to jump to any beacon you've visited) could be helpful here, if you were of a mind to to use a savegame editor and add it to your current ship. Kind of a cheat, and as mentioned it only lets you visit beacons you've been to, but it's the only alternative in that regard.
End of line.
