If you can pick a cruiser then design say a tier 2 and tier 3 what would it be.
Example
Red Tail
Standard
4 Basic Lasers 1 shield ect.
Veteran
2 Basic Lasers 2 Heavy Lasers lvl 2 shields lvl 2 in subsystems, Teleporter +2 human crewmen
Elite
2 Dual Lasers 2 Heavy Lasers lvl 4 shields lvl 3 in subsystems Teleporter, cloak +2 Mantis crewman
