I know people made mods for additional drones, but I feel a few things are missing (based on the combinations of weapons platforms/effects):
Anti-Bio bomb: Does 80 damage to everyone in targeted room. Would be useful for dealing with boarders, or finishing off enemies in their medbay.
Ion missile: A counterpart to Ion bomb, with less of an ion effect but reduced energy use/faster cooldown.
Augments
Enhanced Biological Shielding: Reduces friendly crew damage from weapons fire by 50%
Fire supression system: Reduces fire damage/fire spread by 50%
Missile recovery arm: Recovers (Total missed missiles/2). Reduces scrap recovered by (recovered missiles X 2).
Missile targeting system: Improves missile accuracy by 15%.

The weapons can be made, it's very easy.
The augments cannot, they are hardcoded. Also bear in mind that upgrading your doors already reduces fire spread (by a significant amount).

Automatic fire control would be amazing, though. I wish slug gel could do that.
