I don't know if this is a complete answer and I hope sleeper responds too, but, while looking through the files for "EL for standard CE" in an attempt to change the descriptions of weapons from what exactly it does to a more general description (I know, it's pretty bold, as EL is called Endless Loot for a reason), I found that the rarity of certain prefixed weapons is higher than the base weapons, for example, rare, epic, vintage, antique, and swag weapons have their rarity bumped up by 1 or 2 from the base.Zerazar wrote:If I'm running EL for standard CE, do I alter the EL files or the CE files if I want to change the rarity of a lot of weapons?
