I may be mistaken, but wasn't this mod integrated into CE in one of the recent versions...?

Yep, I integrated the not-so-3D vanilla-like version. If you want to use another version you simply have to load it after the CE resource pack for it to take effect.

*3 months later*
*idea*
Expand the whole shield. The ship would appear in the clear part, so we wouldn't be able to tell if it is inside or outside the shield. I think.
Also, please upload the 3D hexagonal shield. Please.

Hello! First time using the mod (classic), I noticed a weird blue segmented box around the shields. This doesn't happen in vanilla and I was wondering if you could fix it. Thanks!

Also, can't wait until you release the large hexagon shield, it looks fantastic.

Cheers!

I hope that this wasn't abandoned. The 3D hexagonal shield - with smaller hexagons and thicker lines - would be perfect thing to polish the diamond ;)

I love this graphic, way better than vanilla. Here's a version I made with tweaked Curves, making the blue a little more saturated and brighter as well as the lines, while keeping the same transparency (or very close to it)
