Differences between the PC version and iPad version

Hi all,

I am wondering is there any differences between the iPad version and the PC version. Does the iPad version have less content, and does the iPad version keep being updated with the PC version updates?

Owning both versions, I can safely say that FTL on iPad is the same as on PC. The only downside is that iPad players cannot install fan-made mods (if you are unfamiliar with the term, mods are non-official, optional add-ons to the game).
