Wishlist of changes/adjustments

Hail, hope all of you are doing well. I'm enjoying FTL. Got it for myself, and another copy for a friend. I have a few things on my mind that I'd like to share. Would be glad if someone of importance got a glance.

1.I'd like to be able to turn of the blinking warnings. - A button that simply disables them, or turns them off would be highly appreciated. Either in the options, and/or on the HUD.

2. Change the order of crewmates. - Just like with the guns, I'd like to be able to change the order in which crewmates are displayed on the hud to the left of the screen/in the crew menu.

3. Assign initial positions from the hangar. - Leaving the hangar with all members in the cockpit feels dumb. Let us assign them to their initial tasks straight from the hangar screen. The game could perhaps remember your preferred positions for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd crew member for additional playthroughs.

4. A "random" button for character & ship names. - Allowing for shuffling of names. As of now you need to exit and re-enter for the names to shuffle.

On another note, I fought a pirate ship and complied to its plea when it hailed for cease fire. Before this, though, I had started fires all across their vessel. The fight was over, I got some supplies, but they were still on fire. Their ship then suddenly explodes. Seems the flames ate their way through the last of their hull. And for this, I got nothing. That highly disappointed me. Fine, they surrendered, but as the ship exploded, I should've been given my due reward. Or atleast been able to loot the remains. I firmly believe so.

In any case. Hope to see some of these suggestions taken into consideration.

Ehh in my opinion I wouldn't like this too little of a feature to bother
