Need to fix energy allocation after a nebula storm.

So when you get those storms in a nebula that cut your total power in half, after you leave, it doesn't reassign your energy (as it would if a system were damaged). I think this should be fixed so that once your energy is back to full it goes back where it belongs.

You have probably reallocated your power during that storm to power more needed systems, right?
I don't think theres any easy way for the game to remember your setup since you have made changes to it. and really its not that much trouble to press the pause button and manually reassign the power.
