How do I charge my shield back up? Is the only place at the store?

They auto recharge, look at the powers bars of the shields, if they have no green/white, click on them a few times.

I think I am thinking about the hull, not shields.

What is the thing in the upper left which has all the boxes in green that change to yellow then red?

How do I get it back up in green?

At a store.

It's a hull question. Shields are the blue auto-regenerative bubbles.

1) Buy reparations at a store.
2) Get free partial hull fixes by saving people in certain events.
3) (Don't tell jonpfl! Let him find out )

There's also hull repair drones that eat a drone part to repair a few points of hull.

There are a few other events that can result in repairs. A more common one is a beacon that offers 3 levels of repairs for scrap.
