Keyboard shortcut cut battle short

I have really enjoyed FTL so far.

Only one point that I would like to share though: I play with keyboard shortcuts a lot, so when I presed "2" to target my missles, but the "shall we call a truce" conversation dialog pops up before I realse, I inadvertandly select, "Yes, lets call it a day". This then goes from an easy victory, to hull damage for no profit.

Anyway of fixing this, or should I just stay away from keyboard shortcuts for battle?

Yep, the devs caught that scenario early on. There is an option to ignore keys when even choices pop up.
