Help? I made a bad...

Ok, so lets start out in the beginning, one and a half hours ago. So I wanted to make a ship for the game. But since it was my first time making a mod, I needed all the images. So I decided to dig around in the FTL folders, and came upon the resource.dat file. I had heard that .zip and .ftl folders were basically the same, and since GMM reads .ftl folders, I thought this was the same as well. I was wrong. I hadn't backed it up either. Luckily when I uninstalled and re-installed it, I could download it from the Steam Cloud. Unfortunately, after the last time the last time the Cloud saved I had unlocked the Slug Cruiser A and Stealth Cruiser A and B (with Bird of Prey and Phase Shift).

Does anyone know how to unlock just that and nothing else? I still want to try and get the Crystal and Mantis Ships, along with Rock and Slug B.
