The Daring Captain, and the Precious Crystyal Ship

After sending out countless Federation Cruisers, and even enlisting Engi help, to deliver intelligence to the fleet, and defeating the legendary Flasgship countless times, our daring captain decided to try to reach The Last Stand in time, on normal diffuclty.
Ofcourse, as much as his luck allowed, he found a mysterious stasis pod in out space, and slightly remembering a forum post indicating securing the legendary crystal ship by this means, and finnally securing the pod, he ventured out to Zoltan planes. After beaming out to the very first beacon, he found a brilliant Zoltan team of scientists, actually managing to open the pod and out cameth the Crystal.
Ofcourse, remember, our daring captain is playing on normal the very first time, and suddenly a ship managed to bring his hull to 50%. After both ships delivered punishing blows, the daring captain saw a big-ass-motherf*cking missile launched at his presures ship, he innmediatly cloaked, and smiled at his evasion boomed up to 92%. Watching the missile with a smirk, yet slowly losing the smirk on his face, as the missile approached the ship, and dealt the oh but final damage to his ship.

I now sit on a Federation cruiser with 10 scrap, a crystal Crew member, and 3 hull integrity. The only store has already been taken over by the federation.

You might get lucky, but then again, on Normal, probably not....

If you've got a teleporter, the crystal might, might help you get through a few more battles without taking damage, port into weapons room, lock it down, take it down...but being FTL you'll probably get nothing but Zoltan ships/auto scouts bristling with missles and ions..
