Using the Bravais /Crystal Men

I've been using the Crystal Ship A, and the "Lockdown" ability of the Crystal men hasn't shown up. I teleport them into a room, and the enemy crew just waltzes in. Move them to another room, and the enemy crew follows. How does this ability show up?

On the left side of the screen is the area with crew members listed with their health. The Crystal people have a button that says 'Lockdown' located there.

In the upper left, where the crew is, you'll see a little blue button on your rockmen. You may need to hover over them with the mouse to see it, it's been a while since I've played them. Get them in the room you want to lock down and click that button. THey'll throw crystals on the walls that will lock down the room for a while.
