FTL on Tablet

I'm just wondering if there's anyone else who thinks this is the best idea since Morgan Freeman's acting career!
This game is the perfect time killer, and the only downside to its limit to the personal computer is that it's hard to justify killing time when one could so easily be doing something productive (Granted that doesn't stop me from wasting a couple hours here and there).
But to bring it to tablets just seems so incredibly logical that it's hard to believe it hasn't happened yet. It would be awesome if the people who already bought it on computer or steam could then get it for a super discounted price, but hey I'd almost be willing to pay full price all over again to get this game on the go.

Let me know what you guys think about getting FTL on all of our favorite Android and Apple products; I'm really interested to hear what others are thinking!

This topic gets brought up quite often in this forum. I can tell you that the Devs are definitely looking into a mobile port, but nothing is certain right now. I would personally love a mobile port, but wonder whether it would work well on smaller screens.
