Yup, i think aoe damage in FTL is the damage produced by the beams... xD. Another feature that is missing in FTl...

Well, i dunno how u could work that out, since i really dont have a clue who are those guys u talking about.. :(

ver0.4a:

-> added Assault Defender
-> changed mine Layer anim and stats.
-> Enchanted Warper deals 4 dmg now.

As most people have possible realized now, I hate making the room interiors... which means they come last.
Here is the Stuff I made:

I just had to realize that the Fed cruiser is hard coded to have no cloak, so it never appears in store....
for that reason I changed the Assault defender onto the Zoltan B slot.

But I tried it and it was really possible to win even without cloak^^

->For that reason I removed the slug crew member form ass Def.

->I also removed the shielded missile, since that wasnt a Trêêl weapon anyway and it doesnt fit in there at all.

I made some room interiors; but I am currently trying to figure out how events work (and not have them crash all the time) so it get's delayed some what.

I probably wont do any more ships of the trêêl since the ones that are left dont have anything special. It's just bigger, faster, stronger.

But there are other things to come...
