Augment ideas.

I always felt like something is missing from the game. More augments would be awesome! Lets take an example : you just jumped to a new sector and ready to take a look at your star map, but suddenly BAM! C shaped sector! You will have to miss half of the sector in order to leave in time. But if there was an augment which would let you jump further? Imagine the possibilities! Or an augment which would auto repair systems? Or maybe an augment which would give you 2 fuel in exchange of 20% scrap after every battle or event?

There already is an augment that allows you to jump to a previously-visited sector. It would be nice, though, if there was an augment that gave 50% more fuel/missiles/drones at the expense of 50% less scrap.

What I mean is an augment that would let you jump further (longer jump range) from a beacon to another beacon. Not the advanced FTL navigation which lets you jump to a previously visited beacon.

I think it would be awesome. Less likely to get screwed over on the Stealth Cruiser Unlock Quest because the beacons were on the two prongs of a fork.
