Anyone else finding the 19% faster on level two weapons skill infuriating?
Also does anyone think it should go up to 3 because on some of my playthroughs i get some skill at level 2 by sector 5

OCD about why Level 0 is 0%, Level 1 is 10% and Level 2 is 19%? Yeah, it is kind of arbitrary, why not just have it at 20% for Level 2?
On that same note, why does Level 1 in Engines/Piloting only increase dodge chance to 7%? 5% at level 0, 7% at level 1, 10% at level 2? Why not 7.5% at level 1? Might be a rounding error?
I'm actually okay with the rate of skill increase right now, because if you fly a ship like The Osprey (the Federation Cruiser that starts with 4 Basic Lasers), the skill training goes up really quickly. It also places a higher demand on keeping your precious crewmembers alive!
