So I've been thinking, seeing as this is borderline RTS why not have shift commands whereby you tell your chubby to get some work done, then get over the Med bay.
On a side note - selected crew gets deselected on event prints (at least in my experience, following on from a fight...minor but hey). Separately when a crew member is selected along with a weapon, right clicking (to de-select the weapon) will result in said crew member getting his stomp on.
Loving this game. Spent far too many hours in it to the point of ridicule from some of my nearest and dearest. Only the slug A and B, stealth B and now crystal B remain.
All on normal, didn't cheat once. It's an avievement in my books...(I know you won't judge me because you're on these forums too
