Sensor upgrade: See Hazards of nearby jumps

Upgraded sensors should be able to warn you of hazards in nearby jumps. Not just ships, but things like asteriods, solar flares, power draining storms, etc. The warnings could show up using the same warning icons we use during combat etc, but have them show up in a smaller form next to the star.

Also, this feature should be default with the cloaking ship so we can avoid getting beaten to death by asteroids. :)

Or maybe just with the Long Range Scanners?
The Stealth Ship would be a tad easier before getting shields, and it would make it a worthwhile aug for other ships too

Yup, you followed my train of thought as well; I would like you to be able to see the hazards as the stealth ship (due to its augment) on adjacent locations. It would help balance out its inherent weakness to those environments.

I'm not sure when we'll get around to it since it'd require new UI and UI changes are usually quite time intensive. We'll see.
