Just had the best run on Stealth A

Got shields in second sector, maxed out reactor in 5, got every system and subsystem maxed out (Except for engines and shields), and had a great selection of weapons to choose from, in addition to the Stealth weapons augment. I ended up using a Hull Beam, Hull Smasher Laser, and a Laser Mk 2. On the seventh sector, I found a shop with a pre-loader! I took only 4 hull damage on the boss, and ended up saving the federation, in addition to wiping out most ships in 2 volleys. Also, during the boss I got the Phase Ship achievement and unlocked Stealth B (Although it seems kinda bad). I had way too much scrap on my hands back then...


Best run I had ever, successwise, but the game seemed to count my second slug B run as best.

Sweet! Not the easiest ship to succed with but it can pack quite a punch with it's minibeam in the earlier sectors. Good thing you found lot's of decent weapons for later.

The SR-DA12 is hands down the toughest ship to get going. Best of luck to ya, and be patient. Save your nerves. It's main advantage is also it's disadvantage. If you can find a replacement weapon for the Glaive early on, wou'll have a much easier time. Watch out for your engines, they aren't nearly as fast as the ones on the Nesasio, and you'll probably need to upgrade them before you buy shields.
