Shooting drones?

So I don't know if this is well known or not, but apparently you can shoot drones with basic weapons. Or at least the AI did it to me.

While my anti-ship drone was passing across the weapon's path it fired, and simply blew up my drone. It blocked the shot too, I haven't be able to do this without my own ship but figured it would be an interesting tidbit to share if others were unaware. Might give you something more to think about, especially during the final fight.

Yep, it's absolutely possible to shoot down enemy drones. You have to be really good at timing/have some luck. I believe it's possible to shoot your own drones down as well, though I'm not entirely sure.

I hope they put in steam achievements that reward/pity the player when this happens.
