Ursa Overflow - Appendix 1

When I finished the Ursa Prototype I had some art and ideas leftover that didn't fit in for various reasons. Rather than leave it, I've made a small appendix mod, Ursa Overflow - Appendix 1. (This doesn't need the Ursa Prototype to work)

This ship pack contains 4 ships

Kestrel A is replaced with Hammerhead a heavy gun ship
Stealth A is replaced with Phase Transit a beam ship
Stealth B is replaced with Epoch, low on systems but when bought start at a higher level
Crystal A is replaced with Stibium missile ship.

Once again any feedback is welcome.

Weapon Balance -
I. Beam and Glow Lance adjusted to be lower power and slightly faster cooldown.
