Achieving Rock Cruiser Type B

Is next to impossible, how do you get the "Is it warm in here?" achievement or the Ancestry achievement.
Even on easy, because the ship is so hard on the start and it doesn't get better when you don't get lucky, it seems to be impossible to set fire on a enemy ship somehow or even get a crew teleporter.
And I have no damn idea what the "Secret sector" is, wtf?
Anyone who has gotten it, please tell me any tips or trick on how to getting it.

AFAIK the "Warm" achievement work on your own ship as well.

And I have no damn idea what the "Secret sector" is, wtf?

Well, wouldn't be much of a secret if you can just read about it, would it?

Here are two posts that outlines how to get the achievement (which will also unlock another secret ship, most likely):

Basically you need encounter 3 events in a single playthrough. I had a post explaining some details about the events triggering conditions, so have a look if you want to be sure.

How do I get the "Is it warm in here ?" achievement ? I tried killing enemy crew members in burning rooms but that doesn't seem to do it. What are the actual requirements ? The "Have your crew kill a burning enemy on their ship while using the Rock Cruiser" seems vague.
