You know, maybe it's just me, but maybe taking systems out from the inside shouldn't damage the hull? I mean you're smashing a console or just the system in general, that wouldn't really damage the hull would it?

I don't think there should be an auto-teleport out though, maybe as an augment if anything.
On the note of crew lost with enemy ship, it would be nice if there was some indication to how close the ship is to powering up it's FTL drive. I haven't tried lvl three sensors but the description doesn't make it sound like it'll show that. The power buildup should at least be possibly to roughly estimate with lvl 2 sensors (as in, no power, power building, halfway power, almost ready or something like that) considering you can even monitor exact crew locations with those sensors. Lvl 3 sensors could give an exact readout like the one for your own ship.
