[BUG] Repair Stations in Sector 8 not repairing

After this last update, the repair zones in Sector 8 are no longer repairing the ship. They are still gifting Drones, Missles, and Fuel but no longer repair hull damage. I know this is discussed in other areas, but I didn't find a bug report in the "standard" format.
