Frame rate?

Hey everyone, not exactly sure if this would be the venue to post this, but, I've been having frame rate issues since the beginning of the beta. The game does not go above 1-2 fps, and is basically unplayable. My hardware is as follows:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 8.1 GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card: ASUS EAH5770 Series
Features:
Pixel Shader version: 5.0
Vertex Shader version: 5.0
Dedicated Video RAM: 1.0 GB
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game to no effect, the update did not make a difference as well. Same low fps in windowed and full screen modes. Anybody else have a similar problem?
