I was just seeing the SF film Serenity from 2005 and felt an urg to play this game. When is it awailable to buy or to betha test?
How imersive this game gonna be? I played Elite long time ago where you could be a trader , pirate, bountyhunter and an explorer, will it be like that?

We hope to release it this August or September. Hopefully we can open up beta access before then, but it's still going to be closed for a while.

There are a number of videos that give a good feeling for the game on youtube and such. Plus there's a number of let's plays done by beta users.
