Crew member naming issue

Hi - Loving the game so far. However it gets a little annoying when either:
a)in the hangar, it gives the same name to 2 or all the crew members
b)gaining new crew (through various story events or the store) - they come on board with the same name as existing crew.
Obviously this makes it pretty tough to know who is who in terms of stats/specialties.
