Suggestion: Decision Hotkeys

I have a quick suggestion that I thought of when playing the beta.

I tend to use the number keys to select my weapons for firing (usually 1, 2 and 3).
I noticed that the popup decision windows use the number keys (usually 1, 2 and 3).

Quite often I will accidentally select the incorrect decision because I was intending to select a weapon instead.
Anyone else have this issue?

Maybe change the hotkey for decision selection? Or allow arrow keys for selection and enter to choose, just a thought.

Excellent beta so far though!
I look forward to the final product!

+1. This has happened to me several times.

+1 - has also happened to me several times. The simplest solution might be to insert a half-second delay between the window appearing and the hotkeys functioning - enough time so that you can not press the button, but not so much time as to be irritating.

One solution would be to use the F-# keys for weapons, and extend them to drones (unless they already are hotkeyable).

Other options I suggested (I just started a different tread before I saw this one)

Make in combat make it so you have to press spacebar to continue or confirm the dialog.

Or

Make the hotkeys on/off selection be on/off/off in combat only.

I turned if off after accidentally selecting "no" to let the new pirates go back to their civilian lawful ways
