[LvlUpSkills] Rebalanced Core Pilot Level Up Skills (RebalCore+)

With AE we got several new Pilot level up skills but this left the original ones on the lower side of the power curve. Rebalance Core PLUS (RebalCore+) seeks to remedy this by boosting Grid DEF and modifying the HP and Move to be slightly better so they are not strictly worse than Skilled.

To install download and install the CPLUS+ extension in the extensions folder (you likely will need to create this) then download this mod and put it in the mods folder
