[Extension] Custom Pilot Level Up Skills and More (CPLUS+) (and Memhack)

Ever wished you could control the level up skills your pilots get? Tired of Grid DEF +3 and want to get rid of it? This is for you!
These extensions, Memhack and Custom Piloit Level Up Skills and More (CPLUS+) combined add a "Modify Pilot Abilities" button to the Mod Configs that allows you to specify exactly what abilities can show up and what the odds are that they do. Not only that but it provides a basis for modders to add custom level up skills as well unlocking a new aspect up for potential modding

If you are a player, just download from the link above, extract it and put it in your "extensions" folder next to the breach.exe & mods folder. You likely will have to create this folder first.
If you are a modder, then check out the CPLUS+ wiki for how to use or my More+ mod which adds 19 custom level up skills (part of my modpack) as an example
Note: This is memhack AND CPLUS+ bundled together. CPLUS+ relies upon memhack. Memhack is a tool for modders that allows for memory modifications beyond what memedit does. By default CPLUS+ will be configured the same as vanilla and should not impact gameplay. Other mods using CPLUS+ can modify the default settings.
