Suggestion - Crew Control

First, I would like to compliment the makers of this game on a fine job. It's a lot of fun at a price no one here will argue with. One of my friends said:
Now on to my wish list. A couple of things I'd like to see, from simpler to more imba:
-- Being able to rearrange the order of the crew bars on the left hand side. I'd like to be able to change the order so I can keep things like repair crews and boarding parties next to each other and easily selectable.
-- Assigned jobs to crew members. I'd like to be able to assign a crew member a default job so that if he's not been ordered to do anything else i.e. repair damage or heal up in the medbay, he goes to his station and takes priority on operating that station over other crewmembers. A button to turn that behavior off would be good too, in case of fire or intruders.
--Auto-pause on selectable events. Examples would be intruders detected, 75%/50%/25% damage, fire or breach detected (but not if your sensors can't see it), FTL charged, crew member health low, and so on.
On my first nights playing the game, it definitely passed the 'pee test', in that I really had to go to the bathroom, but didn't want to stop playing and get up until I really had to.This game is utterly awesome. I had the great feeling of wanting to play the game again while I was still playing it.
