Power surge/ ASB sound files

Hello everyone,
I really like the alarm sounds of the flagship power surge and ASB incomming missiles, I tried to find them in the game source files, but I diddn't have the necessary programs to open .dat files, now my laptop won't be with me for a while and I don't have enough internet to download the file and the programs...
So, I would really appreciate if someone put their download links... I couldn't find them in the internet...
