allow the default layout to be edited to have your crew to start in different locations, allow energy to be re-allocated prior to the games initial start. re-allocating both the crew/energy is tedious as hell when restarting the game.

if not actually edit the ships layout thats predefined at least have the game retain the locations/settings after the first jump for restarts only and not quit/hangar restarts.
