[Ship] [AE] The Zircon

This modified crystal crusier has been adapted to use new technnology.
Because of the lack of a crystal crusier type C I created this.
It has two Dual Lasers and a mini beam.
Its crew are a Lanius, two crystals and a rockman.
It has a anti-drone drone and a system repair drone.
It has fire suppression.
It replaces the crystal crusier type A.
