Hello everyone I've seen people on the threads saying it is possible to make custom ships. How is this possible i looked through the game files and there are no textures so how do I do it? please help!

The ship stats are in xml files in data.dat. The ship pictures are in resource.dat in the /img/ships/ folder.

For a more detailed breakdown and how-to, I'd suggest at least skimming through this thread. Also, note that for right now "new" ships are replace-only - at least playable ones. It may be possible to create new enemy ships, not sure on that one.
