Things I would like to see changed

Hello

I really like this game. I've been playing it a lot since release and have noticed that there are some things that don't seem quite right.

1. Dead ends on the star map (which may force you to fly back deep into the rebel fleet to get back on track). Losing the game this way feels bad.

2. Distress calls that ask you to put crew in danger aren't worth doing (unless you can choose the safe blue option). The reward for taking the risk of potentially losing a crew member should be much higher than it is currently.

3. There doesn't seem to be any conceivable situation where upgrading the piloting subsystem is a good choice. Nothing can replace a skilled pilot - the evasion is just too important. The only tangible benefit of upgrading is the increased durability of the subsystem but the scrap is better spent elsewhere in my opinion.
