Hello, is it just my feeling or burst lasers miss much more often then for example heavy laser mark I ? I suspect there is some hidden secret attribute that influences this or the hit/miss calculation is somehow different in the case of burst lasers...

There is nothing to indicate this in the files. Might just be confirmed bias. As far as we can tell, engine power, crew skill and cloak are the only things that effect miss chance.
