[SUGGESTION] Forum section for mods and mod requests.

It would be a shame if some real gems got lost amidst the discussion area.
Might as well go ahead and get it out of the way since it'll need some organizing eventually.

I second this. This forum is very fast. Topics disappear very quickly. A mod section would make it so there's a clear place to find and discuss mods, and this part of the forum will get relieved of some traffic.
There should be a Modding Discussion and a Mod Release section. So that released mods don't disappear due to the many discussions.
