[Suggestion] Add a Fire Suppressant aug for newbies

I see a lot of people raging on these forums about being able to deal with fire breaking out in their ship. Now, dealing with fire is an important part of FTL, like dealing with shields or incoming missiles, but the amount of rage it is generating is staggering. I propose the following.
As the Nesasio has a special Titanium Casing augmentation, give the Kestrel a Fire Suppressant System one. The Kestrel as a whole is a very underwhelming ship (likely by design, being the first and all), and I don't think buffing the rate crew extinguish fires is going to change that very much. It will, however, provide a slightly more forgiving environment for people to learn how to deal with putting out fires.
