Hi,i know there are random events but i discovered event with a man in the cave and everytime i helped him he exploded in my ship. So, this is not random event.
What i do not like is that i have to have alot of luck during the game,if i want to finish it. For example:I found early two very good lasers in some sectors and for second time i did find nothing. However this not was the worst. I discovered merchant with useless, and if i discovered good merchat i did not have scraps because of upgrades .So, at the end i had bad equipment

I really hate how much luck matters here.I want to play game no some roulette :evil
I am playing game and do my best and at the end i can not do nothing because i do not have equipment what i must have.
Question is:Why i am controling this, if this looks like roulette?

The Mad Man event, without choosing a blue option, will give you:
25% chance: kill 1 crew
25% chance: becomes a new crew, and he's always Charlie btw
25% chance: explodes, -5 hull
25% chance: nothing, unless you have lvl 2 medbay, which is another Charlie
And...if you have scraps for the "useless" stuffs but not for good equipments that you must have.... then you are not spending your money wisely enough, perhaps?
Of course luck still factors in a lot, but part of the survival strategy is to always save some money for a possible buy. Do not use all your money for updates unless you don't need "essential buys" in a long time.

When rolling with events, unless you have a blue outcome, your outlook is uncertain.
If you've got an advanced medbay (level 2 will do,) you can recruit the man in the cave, 100% of the time. His name is Charlie. If you have a Slug on your crew, the Slug can psychically assess his mental state, improving your odds of him being sane enough to join your crew or not, and telling you whether he is or not.
If you take him back with the white text option, he will either go nuts and kill one of your crew, recover and join your crew, set off an explosive and kill himself, damaging your hull, or cark it on the flight up to the ship, in which case a level 2 medbay can still save him and resuscitate him, to join your crew. (Why didn't you use it on him in the first place?!)
Basically, a blue option guarantees a good result, with anything else, you roll your dice and you take your chances. Sounds like you've been screwed by the RNG god.

I had about 200 money. But i could not find good merchants and i had to upgrade systems. And after this i discovered merchant that had good stuff and i have no money.I could not return to him because of rebels
Btw i remember that i had blue option wit Mad Man.But member said that he is dangerous or something like that

I'm guessing English isn't your native language, you're kind of hard to understand.
The Slugman crew-member is the psychic one. If the slugman says he's dangerous, why in the hell would you bring him aboard?! The slugman is basically telling you outright "bringing him aboard the ship is going to be bad!"
Actually, I'm not even sure you can bring him aboard if the slugman doesn't give him a clean bill of health.
Getting blue options depends on the event in question. The two ways to get a blue outcome on this particular event are to have upgraded your Medbay to level 2, or to have a slugman on your crew.
The white "take him" option has the following outcomes:
25% he murders a member of your crew.
25% he blows a hole in your hull.
25% he recovers and joins your crew.
25% he dies on the way to the ship. (With a level 2 medbay, he can be saved if this happens.)
If you have a level 2 medbay, you have the following outcome:
100% you fix him and he joins your crew.
If you have a Slugman, you have the following outcomes:
50% chance he recovers and joins your crew
50% chance the slugman warns you against taking him.

There are so many things that can give blue options. upgraded medbay, O2, engines, stealth, drones, 5 of the 6 races, 4 different augmentations, certain weapons.
It is essentially impossible to have enough to get all the blue options, yes.
