Heya, want to know how does every system of the ship improve if there is someone using it, and what % increases when he's full green/yellow in that skill

You can mouse over the skills and it'll give you a full description including the effectiveness the crew-member is currently at.

Basically.
Engines and helm, increased dodge.
Weapons, faster recharge.
Shields, faster regeneration.

Ah, popups

So easy to see and yet so easy to miss
